I moved to Central Florida in 1996 to escape the cold gray Ft. Wayne, Indiana weather. Then in 2003 I moved to Daytona Beach Shores to enjoy all the gifts Florida offers.

I specialize in Waterfront and Golf Communities in Beautiful Daytona Beach Shores,  Ponce Inlet,  Wilber by the Sea, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach and Surrounding areas.

With miles of both Oceanfront and Intracoastal Waterway properties we offer something for everyone looking to enjoy our vacation every day active lifestyle.

Cross the Intracoastal Bridge and explore our park-like bedroom communities such as Port Orange, South Daytona, Daytona, Ormond, and New Smyrna with fantastic Schools, entertainment, parks and shopping!

What drew me to this area was how close it is to Major Cities like Jacksonville and Orlando, culture, parks, and yes, the "Worlds Most Famous Beach".
